condos and apartments are located in the fabulous Golden Triangle
area of San Diego and La Jolla. This popular area of San
Diego is also referred to as the University
Towne Center (UTC). U.S. Suites operates out of several "resort
like" complexes at the UTC. These beautiful properties
all have heated pools, fitness centers and lovely residential
surroundings. These locations are minutes to the world famous
La Jolla beaches and offers quick access to major San Diego
attractions.
This area is close to several major corporate
corridors: Sorrento Valley, Torrey Pines, La Jolla and Del
Mar. You are 12 to 15 minutes to Downtown San Diego and the

The city sits one hour south of Orange County and two hours
south of L.A.
