For the guest that needs flexibility...

The Hotel Stay allows flexibility with length of stay. Your stay may be nightly, weekly or monthly....there are no lease requirements, nor 30 day to vacate notice needed.

If your stay lengthens you will be credited with the better rate, if your stay is shortened you pay the higher rate. Monthly stays do not pay hotel tax. Housekeeping and personal check-in is included.
