Capital of the World!
Albuquerque is also known as the balloon
capital of the world. Each year in October our city hosts
the annual Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
For a full nine days the skies are filled with over 900 balloons
from all over the world. But if you can't make the annual
Fiesta, chances are you'll catch some balloons in flight during
the rest of the year. You can also make U.S. Suites your home
base for perfect day trips. You can enjoy numerous sites in
New Mexico within a few hours drive, such as Sante Fe.
